Why does the Official 9/11 Report that includes detailed information of captured key al Qaeda leaders fail to describe the American Hiroshima attack?

Consider the following from the report and ask why the 9/11 commissioners were denied access to people like Khalid Sheikh Mohammed?

"Our access to them has been limited to review of the intelligence reports...Nor were we allowed to talk to the interrogators...We were told that our requests might disrupt the sensitive interrogation process."
